We ship all orders the best and least
expensive way. We compare US Priority Mail, UPS or Speedy
Delivery. If you prefer we can give you the cost prior to
shipping. All orders include a $2.00 handling fee.

All freight is prepaid and added to
order.

UPS cannot ship to PO boxes.

Receipt:
All
invoices will be emailed to customer with credit card receipt.

Returns:
Allowable if
requested within 10 days of
receipt of merchandise.
All
returns must have authorization.
Returned
items must be in new condition.

Items not
returnable are:
Furniture
touch up markers or any item which has been used or installed or
not in new condition.

Credit on returned merchandise will be
less 7 % handling and restocking fee.

Shipping and
handling fees are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for
shipping charges to return merchandise.

Damages and shortages must be reported
within 24 hrs upon receipt of merchandise.
